Laugh out loud? Lots of Love? No - this LOL is I think what we're going to call our latest mini series or whatever you want to call it - Life of a Listing. Sometime this summer, we'll have put together for you from start to finish the process that we recorded from when a listing hits the market until close.

It will be how Bill negotiates everything that may come up during the process and how you can see that we make our clients the most money possible for their home sale. I know that I enjoy seeing how other agents negotiate on tv, but, is that all really real? And we generally see them just negotiate the sale price, but there's sooo much more than that. That's just the first step.
